These terms explain the basis on which website information, quote requests and delivery bookings are handled by YAMY Logistics.

Website information

Content on this site is provided for general information and enquiry purposes only. Service descriptions, areas covered and examples of support do not create a binding offer until a job has been reviewed and accepted by YAMY.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and may depend on route details, item description, access conditions, urgency, vehicle requirements, service timing and any special handling notes. A revised price may be required if the supplied details are inaccurate or incomplete.

Bookings

A delivery booking is treated as confirmed only when YAMY accepts the job and confirms that the service can be provided. Customers should give accurate collection, delivery and load information and make sure goods are appropriately packaged unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and changes

If a booking is changed or cancelled after acceptance, additional charges may apply depending on how much planning, dispatch time or vehicle allocation has already taken place.

Account customers

Separate commercial terms may apply to business-account customers, including invoicing arrangements, payment periods, dispute handling and any service-level expectations agreed in writing.

Restricted goods and liability

Certain goods may be restricted or require special handling. Liability, packaging responsibilities and any insurance position should be confirmed as part of the booking process, especially for higher-value or specialist loads.
